この研究は観察研究である。研究対象者には鍼治療やリハビリテーションを行う。
治療開始前、治療開始1ヵ月後、治療開始3ヵ月後に評価を実施し、各治療の有効性や最も効果が高い患者様の特徴を検討する。
評価項目は、VAS、RDQ、PDAS、PCS、EQ-5D-5L、腰痛にかかる費用、腰痛による労力や作業の制限などである。

This study is an observational study.Acupuncture and rehabilitation will be administered to research subjects. Evaluations will be conducted before the start of the treatment, one month after the start of the treatment, and three months after the start of the treatment to examine the effectiveness of each treatment and the characteristics of patients who are most effective.
Evaluation items include VAS, RDQ, PDAS, PCS, EQ-5D-5L, costs used for lower back pain, and labor and work limitations due to lower back pain.
