選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上の健常な男女
2. 当該試験について十分な説明を受け、内容を理解することができ、本人による文書同意が得られる者

1. Healthy males and females aged 20 and older.
2. Subjects who can give informed consent to partake in this research, after being provided with an explanation of the protocol detail.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 喫煙習慣のある者
2. 冷え性の者（夏でも手足の冷えを感じる者も含まれる）
3. 同意取得時に、何らかの疾患を患い薬物治療（降圧剤、てんかん薬等）を受けている者
4. 過去1ヶ月において、疾患治療を目的とした薬物を服用、塗布した者（感冒は除く、花粉症治療は含む）
5. 過去6ヶ月以内に測定部位（胸部、顔、指先）に手術を受けた者
6. 現在、他の臨床試験に参加している者、もしくは他の臨床試験参加後１ヶ月が経過していない者
7. 心電計測定に不具合（胸部の体毛が濃い、ペースメーカーを使用している等）がある者
8. 肝、腎、心、肺、血液等の重篤な疾患の現病歴・既往歴のある者
9. 妊娠中、授乳中あるいは妊娠の可能性のある者
10. アトピー性皮膚炎など皮膚疾患症状を有する者
11. ひざに痛みがある、またはひざを曲げると痛みや違和感がある者
12.試験指導者が本試験への参加が不適当と判断した者

1. Subjects with a smoking habit.
2. Subjects who are cold-sensitive constitution (including subjects like that who feel cold on their hands and foots even in summer).
3. Subjects diagnosed with any disease and receiving drug treatments (e.g., antihypertensive drugs, antiepileptic drugs) at the time of consent.
4. Subjects who have taken or applied drugs for disease treatment in the past month (excluding cold remedies but including treatments for hay fever).
5. Subjects who underwent surgery on the measurement areas (chest, face, fingertips) within the past 6 months.
6. Subjects currently participating in another clinical trial or those who have participated in a clinical trial within the past month.
7. Subjects with issues regarding electrocardiogram measurements (e.g., dense chest hair, pacemaker users).
8. Subjects with previous and/or current medical history of serious diseases in liver, kidney, heart, lung, blood.
9. Pregnant or lactating Subjects or those with the possibility of pregnancy.
10 Subjects with dermatological conditions such as atopic dermatitis.
11 Subjects experiencing pain in the knee or discomfort when bending the knee.
12. Subjects deemed unsuitable for participation in the trial by the principal investigator.
