1回2時間，月1回，合計8回の通いの場における教室を開催する．
生きがいや健康に関する講義の後に高齢者間でそれらについて相談し，目標を設定し10か月間実施してみる．
教室に若者も参加してもらい，世代間の交流も行う．

A total of eight sessions of two hours per session, once a month, will be held in the community.
After lectures on motivation for living and health, the elderly will discuss these issues with each other, set goals, and try to implement the program for 10 months.
Young people are also invited to participate in the class to promote intergenerational exchange.

年齢が65歳以上の地域在住の高齢者
本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、被験者本人の自由意思に基づき文書による同意が得られた者

Older adults living in the community aged 65 years and older.
Patients who gave voluntary written informed consent after receiving an adequate explanation regarding their participation in the study.

認知症，精神疾患
