この研究では、チョコレートの摂取前に、被験者の主観的疲労度、血圧、脈拍、フリッカー値が測定される。チョコレートを摂取してから、学習活動を始める。1時間の学習活動後と、さらに30分後に同じ項目を測定する。カカオポリフェノール含量の違うチョコレートを摂取して、同様の実験を2回行う。疲労の影響の違いを比較して、チョコレートのカカオポリフェノールの影響を分析する。

In this experiment, physical examinations: subjective fatigue degree, blood pressure, pulse and flicker level of the examinees are measured, before the intake of chocolate. The examinees take in chocolate before learning start. After one hour learning, the same physical examinations of examinees are measured. After 30 minutes later, the same physical examinations are measured again. The examinees take two types of chocolate with different content of cacao polyphenol and perform two times of similar experiments. In this study, comparing the differences of fatigue level in each experiment, the influence of cacao polyphenol of chocolate is analyzed.
