週2回8週間のオンライングループでの筋力トレーニングプログラムを行う。未病指標は毎回のプログラム実施前に自己測定する。

An online group resistance training program will be conducted twice a week for 8 weeks. The ME-BYO index is self-measured before each program implementation.

・特定健診における動機づけ支援または積極的支援対象者
・週2回以上の定期的な筋力トレーニングの習慣がない者

英語
Persons who are eligible for motivational support or active support in the specified health checkups
Those who do not have a habit of regular resistance training at least twice a week.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・同意確認文書の内容に関して、本人からインフォームド・コンセントが得られない者
・質問票の記入が困難な者
・日本語での意思疎通が困難な者
・介入プログラムを実施することが身体的・心理的負担を鑑みて不適当と判断した者

Persons who cannot obtain informed consent from the person regarding the contents of the consent confirmation document.
The person who has difficulty filling out the questionnaire.
Those who have difficulty communicating in Japanese.
Those who judge that it is inappropriate to implement an intervention program in view of physical and psychological burdens.
