5.心血管系を損なう薬物療法（抗高脂血症薬、降圧薬、血糖降下薬など）
6.食物アレルギーのある人

主な結果/Results

日本語
植物食品試行では、cfPWV は食事前よりも食事後 120 分間で有意に低値を示した (P<0.05)。 さらに、FMDは食事前よりも食後120分間で有意に高値を示した (P<0.05)。 動物食品試行では、摂取前後で cfPWV と FMD に変化は認められなかった。 最大酸素摂取量は、動物食品試行と比較して、植物食品試行において有意に高値を示した (P<0.05)。

In the plant-based diet trial, cfPWV was significantly lower in the 120 min after the meal than before the meal (P<0.05). In addition, FMD was significantly higher in the 120 min after the meal than before the meal (P<0.05). There was no change in cfPWV and FMD between before and after intake in participants in the animal-based diet trial. Maximal oxygen uptake was significantly higher in the plant-based diet trial than in the animal-based diet trial (P<0.05).
