外科実習トレーニングを行い，その認容性やトレーニング前後での外科に対する興味の変化などをアンケートを用いて調査する．また，本プロジェクトが将来的に外科医の獲得につながるのかどうかを追跡調査する．

Surgical practice training will be conducted, and its acceptability and changes in interest in surgery before and after the training will be investigated using questionnaires. We will also follow up to see if this project will lead to the acquisition of surgeons in the future.

② 本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後，十分な理解の上で本人の自由意思による同意が得られた者．
