40kg以下、120kg以上、精神疾患、薬物依存、アレルギー、腎不全、肝機能異常、脳卒中、神経障害、狭心症、両枝block、股関節の手術既往、infection、神経筋疾患

40 kg or less, 120 kg or more, psychiatric disorders, drug dependence, allergies, renal failure, liver dysfunction, stroke, neurological disorders, angina pectoris, blocked both branches, history of hip surgery, infections, neuromuscular diseases
