- 2013年～2022年12月に呼吸器内科を受診した者
- 進行肺がんの診断が得られている者
- 外来受診時に呼吸困難の訴えがあった者
- 2013年～2022年12月に研究実施施設で死亡した者

- Received treatment at pulmonary medicine from 2013 to December 2022
- Advanced lung cancer
- Had dyspnea at outpatient respiratory medicine
- Died at the Hospital where research was conducted between 2013 and December 2022

本研究は1年の縦断研究で、診療録を用いて呼吸困難に関連する症状、呼吸困難に対する支持療法、全身状態について情報を収集する。
対象者は選択基準を満たす研究実施施設に通院歴のある患者である。
データは死亡の1年前をベースラインとし、そこから外来来院日および入院中の記録から収集する。

This study is a one-year retrospective observational study using the electronic medical record to observed respiratory-related symptoms, supportive care and general condition.
The subjects are those with a history of attending institutions that met the selection criteria.
Data will be collected from records of the date outpatients visit and the duration of their hospitalization from one year prior to death as a baseline.
