血糖スパイク検査を行い、その後に健康プログラムを4週間継続する。その後、希望者は再度血糖スパイク検査を行う。

Perform a blood glucose spike test and then continue the health program for 4 weeks. After that, those who wish will perform the blood sugar spike test again.

1.本研究の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け､同意能力があり､十分に理解した上で自由意思により志願し、文書で参加に同意した方
2.同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上の方
3.おかざき健康宣言事業所に登録している事業所等の従業員

1.Persons who received a sufficient explanation of the purpose and contents of the exam, have the capacity to consent, applied with free will with sufficient understanding, and agreed to participate with a written document
2.Adults who are 18years old or more
3.Employees of businesses registered with Okazaki Health Declaration Business Offices
