訪問理学療法利用の原因となる主疾患が脳血管疾患または骨関節疾患
介護保険の要介護1～5

Newly enrolled home-based physical therapy
Main disease that caused the use of home-based physical therapy is cerebrovascular disease or bone and joint diseases
Level of care requirements 1-5 under long-term insurance system
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
進行性疾患（中枢神経変性疾患による認知症、進行性神経疾患、がん等）、精神疾患、先天性小児疾患を合併
研究協力の同意が困難なほどの重度の認知機能低下

Concomitant with malignancy, progressive neurological disease, dementia due to degenerative diseases of the central nervous system, including Alzheimer's disease and dementia with Lewy bodies, mental disorders, and congenital pediatric diseases
Severe dementia that prevented their provision of consent
