主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

練習中または競技中に生じた怪我について、生じた日にGoogle formを用いて報告していただく。内容は怪我の発生した日付、怪我の生じた身体部位数、怪我の生じた領域とその詳細、診断名、怪我の症状とした。

Injuries occurring during practice or competition were to be reported using a Google form on the day they occurred. The information included the date of the injury, the number of body parts injured, the area of injury and its details, the name of the diagnosis, and the symptoms of the injury.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

その日の練習（レース）内容をGoogle formを用いて報告していただく。内容は、練習内容、その日の怪我の有無、走った合計距離、平均タイム、環境、坂道の有無、ウォームアップ、クールダウン、睡眠時間、怪我からの復帰（怪我でランニングから離れていた場合）とした。
また、ベースラインのアンケートとして、氏名、大学名と学年、年齢、メールアドレス、身長、体重、競技歴、自己ベスト（トラック10000m、マラソン10km、高校時5000m）、高校生時の1日における走行距離、走行時間、生活スペース、生活スペースのまかないの有無、過去1年間の既往歴、怪我や故障した場合に練習を休む際の疼痛の強さ（NRS）とする。

You will be asked to report the details of your practice (race) for the day using a Google form. The content included: content of practice, any injuries on that day, total distance run, average time, environment, hills, warm-up, cool-down, sleep time, and return from injury (if injury kept them away from running).
The baseline questionnaire also included name, university name and grade, age, email address, height, weight, athletic history, personal bests (10,000 m track, 10 km marathon, and 5,000 m in high school), distance run in a day during high school, running time, living space, and whether living space was covered, The following information shall be used: history in the past year, the intensity of pain (NRS) when taking time off from practice in case of injury or breakdown.

埼玉県内に練習拠点のある大学の駅伝部または陸上競技部（長距離ブロック）に在籍している方で、2023年12月1日の時点で大学1～3年生の競技者とした。

Athletes must be enrolled in the ekiden club or track and field club (long-distance block) of a university with a training base in Saitama Prefecture and be in their first to third year of university as of December 1, 2023.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

本研究の参加に関して同意が得られない者、練習日誌と怪我についての回答が得られない者とした。

調査期間中、Google formを用いて、毎日の練習（レース）内容を休日も含めて報告していただく。練習中またはレース中に怪我が発生した際はGoogle formを用いて、その怪我の生じた領域とその詳細、診断名などを報告していただく。

During the survey period, we will ask participants to report on your daily practice (race) activities, including days off, using Google form. If an injury occurs during training or racing, we will ask them to report the area where the injury occurred, its details, and the name of the diagnosis using Google Form.
