・日常生活に支障がなく，心血管系，呼吸器系，整形外科系の疾患の治療中でない者
・男性，女性（妊娠中または妊娠している可能性がない者）
・研究内容を理解し，自由意志による本人の文書同意を取得した者
・閉所恐怖症でなく，体内に金属や電子装置を保持していない者
・刺青，永久的なアイラインのない者

People who have no difficulty in daily life and are not under treatment for cardiovascular, respiratory, or orthopedic diseases.
Males and females (who are not pregnant or possibly pregnant)
people who can understand the content of the research and have given written consent of their own free will.
people who are not claustrophobic, no metal or electronic devices in their bodies.
No tattoos or permanent eyeliner.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
MRIや超音波の撮影中に姿勢を保つことができない方。
研究責任者及び研究補助者と利害関係のある方（授業を受けている学生など）
認知症または軽度認知障害（認知TYM-Jテストのスコアが42点未満）の方
運動が絶対的に禁忌とされる疾患の診断を受けている人。

People who are unable to maintain their posture during MRI or ultrasound imaging.
People who have a conflict of interest with the principal investigator and research assistants (e.g., students taking classes)
People with dementia or mild cognitive impairment (cognitive TYM-J test score less than 42 points)
People with a diagnosis of a disease for which exercise is absolutely contraindicated.
