・日常生活に支障がなく，心血管系，呼吸器系，整形外科系の疾患で治療中でない方
・体操スクールに所属し，専門的なトレーニングを実施している方
・体育の授業以外での運動習慣を持たない方
・代諾者の同意が得られた中学生および高校生

People who are not being treated for cardiovascular,respiratory,orthopedic diseases, etc
Junior gymnasts who are undergoing specialized training (Athlete group)
People who do not have an exercise habits other than physical education class at school (Control group)
Junior high and high school students with consent of legal representative
