選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.本研究の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け､同意能力があり､十分に理解した上で自由意思により志願し、文書で参加に同意した方
2.同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上65歳未満の日本人
3.飲酒後翌日のパフォーマンス低下の自覚がある方

英語
1.Persons who received a sufficient explanation of the purpose and contents of the exam, have the capacity to consent, applied with free will with sufficient understanding, and agreed to participate with a written document
2.Japanese who are 20 years old or more and under 64 years old
3.Persons who are aware of a decline in performance the day after drinking

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.慢性疾患を有し薬物治療を受けている方、重篤な疾患既往歴がある方
2.試験食品又はアルコールにアレルギー等を有する方
3.試験食品を普段から多量に摂取している方
4.アルコール代謝や睡眠の質に影響する可能性のある医薬品、保健機能食品（特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品および栄養機能食品）などを常用している方
5.研究開始前1ヶ月間に、他の研究に参加した方、あるいは本研究同意後に他の研究に参加する予定のある方
6.研究統括医師及び研究代表者の判断により不適格と判断した方
7.授乳中の方、妊娠している方、研究期間中に妊娠の予定、希望がある方

1.Persons who have chronic illness, receiving medication, have a serious disease history
2.Persons who are allergic to the test food or alcohol
3.Persons who normally consume large amounts of the test food
4.Persons who regularly use medicines or foods with health claims (foods for specified health use, foods with functional claims and foods with nutritional claims) etc., that may affect alcohol metabolism and sleep quality
5.Persons who have participated in other tests within the past one month before the start of test, or those who intend to participate in another exam after consenting to the exam
6.Persons who were judged as inappropriate for study participant by the principal investigator
7.Persons who are breast-feeding, pregnant and planning or wishing to become pregnant during the study period
