目的/Objectives

本研究では、被虐待児の精神症状や行動の問題に対して、音楽的介入がどのような効果を及ぼすのか検証する。薬物治療と比較して有害事象がほぼない音楽的介入によって精神症状や行動の問題の改善が見込めれば、精神科を受診する子どもたちへの治療アプローチの発展に大きく寄与できると考えられる。現在の新型コロナウイルス感染の影響をふまえ、本研究ではオンライン上での介入を計画する。将来的な展望として、僻地や離島など医療や教育のリソースが少ない地域の子どもたちに対しても、大きな力になれるのではないかと期待する。
子どもたちにとって病院受診や薬物治療は「こわい」というイメージが強い。音楽という「馴染みがあって」「楽しめる」媒体による治療的介入は価値が大きいと考える。「心の苦しみを解決する」にとどまらず、「人生を豊かにする」「自尊感情を高める」音楽の力を検証する。

In this study, we aim to investigate the effects of musical intervention on the mental and behavioral issues of abused children. Compared to pharmacological treatment, musical intervention, which has almost no adverse effects, is expected to show potential improvements in mental symptoms and behavioral problems. This could significantly contribute to the development of therapeutic approaches for children seeking psychiatric care. Considering the current impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we plan to conduct the intervention online. Looking ahead, we anticipate that this approach could also have a significant impact on children in underserved areas, such as remote and island regions, where resources for healthcare and education are limited.
For children, the idea of hospital visits and pharmacological treatment can be daunting. Therapeutic intervention through a familiar and enjoyable medium like music is highly valuable. We believe in exploring the power of music not only to "resolve emotional distress," but also to "enrich lives" and "boost self-esteem."

介入前後に下記項目を評価する。
QIDS-J（Quick Inventory of Depressive Symptomatology うつ症状）
AFQ-Y（Avoidance and Fusion Questionnaire for Youth 心理的非柔軟性）
SCAS（Spence Children's Anxiety Scale 不安症状）
SDQ（Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire 強さと困難さ）
ADHD-RS-IV（ADHD Rating Scale 多動衝動性）
ABC-J（Aberrant behavior checklist 異常行動）
SDQ-P（Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire 強さと困難さ）
SCAS-P（Spence Children's Anxiety Scale 不安症状）
また、介入終了時から3ヶ月後・6ヶ月後にも上記項目を評価し、長期経過を検証する。

オンライン環境で、ギターやドラムなど対象者が希望する楽器の演奏法を指導する。隔週、計10セッションとする。

The online environment will be used to teach the subject how to play guitar, drums, or any other instrument of his/her choice. There will be a total of 10 sessions every other week.

以下の基準をすべて満たす方を対象とする。
①年齢：同意取得時において、年齢が6歳以上18歳以下の方
②性別：不問
③児童養護施設入所中の被虐待児
④本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受け、十分な理解の上で本人または代諾者によるアセント及び文書同意が得られた方

The program will be open to those who meet all of the following criteria
1. Age: At least 6 years old and no older than 18 years old at the time of obtaining consent.
2. Gender: Any gender
3. Abused children in foster care facilities
4. Persons who have been fully informed about their participation in this study, and who have given their assent and written consent based on sufficient understanding by themselves or by their surrogate.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①年齢が6歳未満または19歳以上の方
②聴覚障害のある方
③視覚障害のある方
④その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者

1. Those whose age is less than 6 years old or more than 19 years old

4. Other patients deemed inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator.
