本研究の目的は慢性腰痛患者の病態と運動誘発性鎮痛効果および運動継続による長期効果に影響を与える因子を検証すること

The purpose of this study is to examine the pathophysiology and the factors influencing the EIH (exercise-induced hypoalgesia) effect as well as the long-term effects of exercise therapy in patients with chronic low back pain.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1)3か月以上持続する腰痛
(2)初回検査時の腰痛がVisual Analog Scale（VAS）30mm以上

(1)Low back pain lasting more than 3 months
(2)Low back pain at the time of initial evaluation greater than VAS 30 mm
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
(1)腰痛と同等程度以上の下肢痛が生じている者
(2)過去1年以内に腰部の手術を行った者
(3)検査に影響を与えるほどの著しい認知機能障害を有する者
(4)全身性炎症性疾患を有する者
(5)重度の精神系・心血管系・呼吸器系・代謝系疾患を有する者

(1)Patients with lower limb pain equal to or greater than low back pain
(2)Patients who have undergone back surgery within the past year
(3)Patients with significant cognitive dysfunction that would affect the examination
(4)Patients with systemic inflammatory diseases
(5)Patients with severe mental, cardiovascular, respiratory, or metabolic diseases.
