（２）経験者はYogaのインストラクター資格を修了している者
（３）未経験者はYogaの経験がない者

(1) Healthy male over 18 years old
(2) Experienced person is a person who has completed yoga instructor qualification
(3) Inexperienced person is a person who has no experience of yoga
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

（１）四肢・体幹に手術歴のある者
（２）実験時に整形外科的もしくは内科的疾患のある者

(1) Persons with a history of surgery on the limbs or trunk
(2) Subjects with orthopedic or medical diseases at the time of the experiment
