研究に協力することが不可能な患者
%FEV1の低下が間質性肺疾患によると判断された症例(閉塞性肺疾患)
呼吸機能に影響する胸部X線所見が見られた場合（呼吸機能正常者）

Patients with interstitial lung diseases causing reduction of %FEV1(obstructive pulmonary disease)
Subjects with abnormal findings in chest x-ray causing changes in pulmonary function (normal spirometry)
