①ACR1997分類基準に基づいてSLEと診断されている患者
②副腎皮質ステロイド治療を受ける予定の患者
③本研究の参加について同意した患者

(1) Patients diagnosed with SLE based on ACR 1997 classification criteria
(2) Patients scheduled to receive corticosteroid therapy
(3) Patients who have agreed to participate in this study
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
①神経精神ループスで痙攣や錯乱、失見当識や妄想を呈する患者
②既に副腎皮質ステロイド治療を実施している患者
③スマートホンアプリ「LINE」の未使用者
英語
(1) Patients with neuropsychiatric lupus presenting with seizures, confusion, disorientation or delusion
(2) Patients already on corticosteroid therapy
(3) Patients who have not used the smartphone application LINE
