1日あたり2分×3セットの足関節背屈ストレッチングを毎日実施する。ストレッチングは、参加者自身に自宅で行ってもらう。段差に介入側の足部をかけて、許容できる最大の伸長感が得られるまで足関節を背屈してもらう。

2 minutes * 3 sets per day static stretching of ankle dorsiflexion is performed everyday. the participants performed the stretching as their home exercise. they performed it by putting their foot of intervention side and dorsiflexing their ankle until they feel the largest stretch that they were willing to tolerate.
