介入：オンライン（ZOOM）で4～6名の参加者と3名のファシリテーターとともに、150分間（途中休憩あり）×2日間の恋愛・結婚に関するグループワークプログラムに参加する

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

①精神科・心療内科に通院中である成人(18歳以上)
②主治医が本研究への参加または不参加の意思決定が可能な精神疾患患者と判断している
③日本語を用いて集団で話し合う活動に困難なく参加できる
④今まであいりきプログラムに参加したことがない
⑤自分でパソコンもしくはスマートフォン、タブレット等でZOOMに接続、顔を出して参加ができる
⑥現在結婚していない

1.Adults who are 18 years of age or order and diagnosed with a mental disorder and currently undergoing psychiatric outpatient treatment

2.Participant's psychiatrist determinates that the patient can decide their study participation following their own will.

3.They are able to participate in group discussion activities without difficulty using Japanese.

4.They have never participated in AIRIKI program

5.They can use and prepare their own personal computer, smartphone, or tablet-type device to access ZOOM. Additionally, they do not mind showing their face in ZOOM activities.

6. They are not married
