管電圧135kVと80kVのsingle energy volume CT scan 2回撮影によるimage baseのDE解析で得られた画像を使用し、late Iodine enhancement (LIE)としての有用性を評価すること.

Image base DE解析で得られたiodine map, virtual kV imageについて、LGEやSPECT,PETで示す異常所見を検出可能か確認する。

Examine the potential for discerning abnormal regions identified in Late Gadolinium Enhancement (LGE), Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT), and Positron Emission Tomography (PET) through the utilization of the iodine map and virtual kilovolt image.

従来の造影CT (135kV)に80kVのCT撮影(1回)を追加する。被曝線量は、実効線量で1.3mSv程度増加。

Supplement the conventional contrast-enhanced CT (135 kV) with an additional instance of 80 kV CT scan. The radiation dosage incurred by the supplementary CT scan is anticipated to exhibit an approximate elevation of 1.3 mSv.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

慢性冠動脈疾患診断ガイドラインの診断基準に基づいて、慢性心筋梗塞と診断され、心筋遅延造影MRI画像または心臓核医学検査（SPECT,PET）で画像所見を有している患者

Individuals who have received a diagnosis of chronic myocardial infarction in accordance with the diagnostic parameters delineated within the guidelines for chronic coronary artery disease diagnosis,
and who present imaging manifestations on myocardial delayed contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans or cardiac nuclear medicine evaluations (SPECT, PET).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

心拍が８０以上、または不整脈を有する患者,及び　心臓ペースメーカー装着者

Individuals exhibiting a heart rate surpassing 80 beats per minute or experiencing arrhythmia, alongside those who are recipients of cardiac pacemaker devices.
