麻酔科周術期外来でのポスター掲示や、職員の声掛け等により参加者を募り、研究の趣旨を説明し同意を得られた健康ボランティアを対象とする。

明らかな開口障害（開口時の疼痛）と頸椎後屈障害のある場合
