地域在住高齢者の抑うつの予防または軽減に関連するポジティブな回想傾向（回想の質）の促進において，楽しかったことの記憶に基づいた回想法と頑張ったことの記憶に基づいた回想法のどちらがより効果的か検証することを本研究の目的とする.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether memory-based recall of pleasant experiences or memory-based recall of hard work is more effective in promoting positive recall tendencies (quality of recall) associated with the prevention or reduction of depression in older adults living in the community.

65歳以上の地域在住高齢者．意思疎通が可能．研究の協力に同意が得られた者．

Older adults over 65 years old. Able to communicate with others. Able to communicate with others, and who have agreed to cooperate in the research.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
認知症の診断がある者．調査用紙の質問に対する理解が困難であり，自力で回答できない者．重度の視覚障害または聴覚障害のある者．

Those who have been diagnosed with dementia. The respondents who have difficulty in understanding the questions on the survey form and are unable to answer the questions on their own. Persons with severe visual or hearing impairment.
