目的/Objectives

本研究では, 医療法人友愛会及び箕輪町に健康教育を実施してもらい, 信州大学にて検査・測定項目及び歩数値のデータ解析を行い, 解析結果報告を行います. 報告結果を参照した医療法人友愛会び箕輪町では, 認知症の予防を含め, 健康教育参加者の健康レベルを向上させていくよう指導していきます.

In this study, health education will be conducted by the medical corporation Yuaikai and Minowa Town, and data will be analyzed for test/measurement items and step counts at Shinshu University, and the results of the analysis will be reported. Yuaikai and Minowa Town will provide guidance to improve the health level of health education participants, including prevention of dementia.

評価/Assessment

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
歩数計を配布し, 1ヶ月に1・2回の健康に関する講義や実技が組み込まれた健康教育を行い, 一日7,000歩を目標に運動していただきます。その前後で形態測定, 体力測定, 脳機能測定(go/no-go課題), 血液検査を行い、健康レベルの改善具合を評価していきます。

Pedometers will be distributed, health education including health lectures and practical skills will be provided once or twice a month, and the goal will be to walk 7,000 steps a day. Morphological measurements, physical fitness measurements, brain function measurements (go/no-go tasks), and blood tests will be performed before and after that to evaluate the improvement in health level.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
参加者は、少なくとも3分間介助なしで屋内を歩くことができない場合、神経疾患がある場合、過去2年以内に整形外科手術を受けた場合、脳卒中や精神疾患の既往歴がある場合、指示を理解できない場合は除外された。

Participants were excluded if they were unable to walk indoors without assistance for at least three minutes, had neurological disorders, had orthopedic surgery within the last two years, had a history of stroke or psychiatric disorders, or were unable to understand the instructions.
