後房型有水晶体眼内レンズを縦向けに眼内固定した場合の、術後成績、固定状況を検討する。

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
術後3ヶ月目の、術後屈折、前房深度、眼内レンズー水晶体間距離(vault)を測定し、縦固定、横固定間を比較する。また、各固定法におけるN-K式、K-S式での予測値との差を比較する。

英語
Postoperative refraction, anterior chamber depth, and intraocular lens-to-lens distance (vault) will be measured and compared between vertical and horizontal fixation. The differences from the predictions of the N-K and K-S formulas for each fixation method will also be compared 3 months postoperatively.
