To compare the analgesic effect of inter-semispinal plane (ISP) block in cervical spine surgery with that of wound infiltration and to determine its effect on postoperative analgesic consumption and quality of recovery.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

頸椎手術（頸椎椎弓形成術、頸椎椎弓切除術）の予定手術患者のうち、
1）18歳以上85歳以下
2）ASA分類1-3
3）本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

Patients scheduled for cervical spine surgery who meet the following criteria
1) 18 to 85 years of age
2) ASA classification 1-3
3) Patients who have been fully informed about their participation in this study, and who have given written consent of their own free will based on a thorough understanding of the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)局所麻酔薬アレルギーの既往がある患者
2)BMI35以上もしくは体重40kg未満の患者
3)年齢が18歳未満あるいは86歳以上
4)オピオイド鎮痛薬の常用者
5)アセトアミノフェン、非ステロイド性抗炎症薬、フェンタニルに対しアレルギーを有する患者
6)意思疎通が困難な患者
7)高度腎機能障害患者（eGFR<30)

1) Patients with a history of allergy to local anesthetics
2) Patients with a BMI of 35 or more or weighing less than 40 kg
3) Patients under 18 years of age or over 86 years of age
4) Regular users of strong opioid analgesics
5) Patients allergic to acetaminophen, NSAIDs, or fentanyl
6) Patients with communication difficulties
7) Patients with severe renal dysfunction (eGFR<30)
