デジタルワークフローを用いて個別に設計、製作された数種の「ミュージックスプリント（MuS）」のうち、シングルリード木管楽器の奏者の演奏パフォーマンスに影響せず、かつ口腔内問題への予防効果のあるデザインはどれかを評価・検討する。

・被験者には、厚さ1.0㎜の「唇側面被覆型」スプリントを提供する。
・被験者は指定された同じ曲をこのスプリントを使用して演奏する。

Subjects will be provided with a 1.0 mm thick "Lateral Lip Covered" splint.
Subjects will perform the same piece of music as specified using this splint.

シングルリードの木管楽器奏者（クラリネットおよびサックス）
18歳以上の男女

Single reed woodwind players (clarinet and saxophone)
Male and female, 18 years old and up

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
先天的に著しい歯列不正を持つ奏者
重度の口内炎、ヘルペス症状などの口腔内の感染症がある奏者
全顎的に重度のう蝕に罹患している奏者
全顎的に重度の歯周炎に罹患している奏者
シングルリード木管楽器の演奏経験が6ヶ月以下の奏者
口腔外科手術や顎の手術を受けて1年以内の奏者
MuS装着部位に矯正装置や義歯が装着されている奏者

Players with significant congenital dental irregularities.
Players with severe stomatitis, herpes symptoms or other oral infections.
Players with severe dental caries in all jaws.
Players with severe periodontitis of the whole jaw.
Players who have played single reed woodwinds for less than 6 months.
Players who have undergone oral or jaw surgery within one year.
Players with orthodontic appliances or dentures in the MuS wearing area.
