次の教育目標を達成するための地域看護職向けの教育プログラムの開発すること：①股関節の解剖と発育性股関節形成不全（DDH)の病態を理解できる、②正常股関節の判定ができる標準画像（スタンダードプレーン）が理解できる、③超音波でスタンダードプレーンの撮像ができる、④保護者に対して、DDH予防のための保健指導ができる。

To develop an educational program for community nurses to achieve the following educational goals: 1) To understand hip joint anatomy and the pathogenesis of developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH), 2) To understand standard images (standard planes) to determine normal hip joints, 3) To be able to image standard planes with ultrasound, 4) To be able to provide health education to parents/guardians for prevention of DDH.

新生児・乳児に対するスタンダードプレーン（DDHを判定するための標準化された超音波画像）の撮影の成功率

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

1) e-ラーニング：
知識・技術（股関節の解剖、画像の読影、超音波検査と手順、予防のための保健指導について）
2) 実技講習：
技術習熟度、画像撮影の成功率、撮影に要した時間、超音波検査機器操作の様子（研修中の超音波検査機器操作時の動画）
3) 試行調査：
撮影に要した時間、地域看護職の判断と医師の診断の合致度（評価者間信頼性）、徒手的な診断結果と超音波検査による診断結果

Knowledge and skills (anatomy of the hip joint, image reading, ultrasound examinations and procedures, and health guidance for prevention)
2) Practical skills training:
Technical proficiency, success rate of imaging, time required for imaging, operation of ultrasound equipment (videos during operation of ultrasound devices during training)
3) Trial study:
Time required for imaging, degree of agreement between the assessment by community nurses and the physician's diagnosis (inter-rater reliability), results of manual assessment and ultrasonography assessment.

【地域看護職】
沖縄県内の市町村で新生児訪問を担当する保健師、助産師、看護師の国家資格を持つ者。

【新生児・乳児】
①沖縄県内の産科・小児科を利用している者。②治療が必要な基礎疾患のない者。③児の月齢は、生後約4か月までとする。

[Community nurses]
A nationally certified public health nurse, midwife, or nurse who is in charge of newborn home-visits in a municipality in Okinawa Prefecture.

[Newborns and infants]
(1) Those who visit obstetricians or pediatricians in Okinawa prefecture. (2) Those who do not have any medical conditions that require treatment. The age of the child should be up to approximately 4 months old.
