患者の顔面および舌をカメラで撮影することによって得られるRGB値に由来する特徴量と各臨床データとの相関関係を解析することで、患者の全身状態を予測する精度の高いモデルを構築することを目的とする。

The objective is to construct a highly accurate model for predicting a patient's general condition by analyzing the correlation between the features derived from RGB values obtained by photographing the patient's face and tongue with a camera and the clinical data.

1） 食道癌もしくは食道胃接合部癌と診断された患者
2） 同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上の患者
3） 本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

1) Patients diagnosed with esophageal cancer or esophagogastric junction cancer.
2) Patients who are 20 years of age or older at the time of consent.
3) Patients who have been fully informed of the study and who have given written consent of their own will.

食道癌・食道胃接合部癌に対する通常診療の中でバイタルサイン・体重・血液データを採取する際に、顔面および舌の画像撮影を行う。この際、QOLスコアも採取する。

Facial and tongue imaging will be performed during the routine examination for esophageal and esophagogastric junction cancer. Quality of life scores are also collected at this time.
