選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.がん患者であること（対象者の80%以上）
2.せん妄を有すること
3.せん妄に対するベンゾジアゼピン系薬単独投与の有効性を検討した研究であること

採用する研究デザインについては以下の通りとする
1.ランダム化比較試験が２つ以上抽出された場合には、ランダム化比較試験のみ採用する
2.ランダム化比較試験が0～1件抽出された場合には、非ランダム化比較試験または対照群のある観察研究まで採用する
3.非ランダム化比較試験または対照群のある観察研究が0件の場合には、単群観察研究（前後比較試験、比較試験の単群のみ採用も含む）まで採用する

The study design to be considered for inclusion is as follows:
1.If there were at least two randomized controlled trial (RCT)s, inclusion was completed.
2.If there were less than 2 RCTs, we included non-RCTs or observational studies with control groups.
3.If there were no RCTs/non-RCTs/observational studies with control groups, single-arm observational studies were considered for inclusion.

①検索方法：
がん患者のせん妄に対するベンゾジアゼピン系薬単独投与の有効性を分析するために、網羅的に文献検索を行う。文献検索には、電子データベースである、医中誌Web版 ver.5、Cochrane Library、MEDLINEを用いて、2023年8月31日までの期間に報告された全ての文献について、「せん妄」「ベンゾジアゼピン」「マイナートランキライザー」をキーワードとして検索を行う予定である。

②スクリーニング方法・バイアスリスクの評価：
2名の研究者がそれぞれ独立して、選定基準をもとに独立してスクリーニングを行い、採用論文を確定する。各研究のバイアスリスクは、同じ2名の研究者がそれぞれ独立してMinds診療ガイドライン作成マニュアル2020 ver.3.0に基づき評価する。スクリーニング及びバイアスリスクの評価が研究者間で異なる場合は、著者間の協議のもと採否を決定し、それでも意見が収束しない場合には、第3者との議論によって採否を決定する。

Data sources and search strategy
We will conduct a systematic review of randomized clinical trials investigating the efficacy of benzodiazepines alone for delirium in patients with cacner. This systematic review will search the following four databases: the Ichushi-Web of the Japan Medical Abstracts Society ver.5, Cochrane Library, EMBASE and MEDLINE, on 0831, 2023. The search will include all relevant terms such as "Delirium," "Benzodiazepines*," and "minor tranquilizer*"

Selection of studies and Assessment of risk of bias in included studies
Two review authors will independently check to ensure that studies meet the inclusion criteria. Two review authors will independently assess trial quality according to the Minds 2020 manual. If the raters disagree, the final rating will be made by consensus with the involvement, if necessary, of another review author.
