この結果を活かした自動的なRRS起動のシステムを開発する事で、より円滑かつ有意義なRRSの活用、さらには院内における患者安全を目指すこと。

一般病棟に入院した全患者のバイタルサインに着目し、任意のタイミングにおける各バイタルサイン、と、これらバイタルサインの時系列的変化のいかなる値・数値の変化が院内の有害事象の前兆として検出されているのか、その特徴量やタイミングを探索すること

1. 電子カルテシステム上に存在する全入院患者の年齢、性別、退院もしくは転棟前24時間の各バイタルサインの時系列データ［血圧・脈拍・体温・呼吸数・SpO2・意識状態・酸素投与の有無について、電子的モニターに限らずその病棟における方法に応じて看護師が測定し電子カルテに記入したもの
2. 各患者の入院情報（日時、病棟、入院科、救急車使用の有無を含めた入院経路、予定/緊急入院等を含む）、退院情報（退院時病棟、転帰）、や病棟間移動、その理由・移動先、手術の有無、ICU入室の有無
3. 予期せぬ院内死亡、予期せぬ院内心停止、及び予期せぬICU転棟患者の一覧とその詳細

1. Time-series data [blood pressure, pulse, body temperature, respiratory rate, SpO2, state of consciousness, Presence/absence measured by the nurse and recorded in the electronic health record
2. Hospitalization information of each patient (including date and time, ward, department, hospitalization route including use of ambulance, planned/urgent hospitalization, etc.), discharge information (ward at discharge, outcome), transfer between wards, etc. Reason/destination, presence/absence of surgery, presence/absence of ICU admission
3. List and details of unexpected in-hospital death, unexpected in-hospital cardiac arrest, and unplanned ICU admission
