1. 初回の閉鎖性大腿骨転子部骨折を受傷している患者
2. 同意時の年齢が20歳以上の患者
3. 適切な同意が得られる患者

1. Primary closed femur trochanteric fracture.
2. 20 years and over.
3. Patients who have gave appropriate consent using an IRB/EC approved document.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 受傷前に独歩不能であった患者
2. 追加手技（ケーブルやプレート等）を要する患者

1. Unable to walk on their own before injury
2. When additional procedures (cables, plates, etc.) are required in addition to intramedullary nail
