効果：経カテーテル大動脈弁置換術後の入院リハビリテーション期間中（退院時）における身体および運動機能評価検査（short physical performance battery総合点数および膝伸展筋力）の変化

経カテーテル大動脈弁置換術後の心臓リハビリテーションを久留米大学病院で実施する患者

Patients who will receive in-hospital cardiac rehabilitation post-transcatheter aortic valve implantation in Kurume University hospital

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
ペースメーカー植え込み術後の方
活動性の出血性疾患や感染性疾患を認める方
中枢神経疾患などの運動麻痺を認める方
電気刺激による運動実施が困難な筋骨格系疾患を合併している方
変形性膝関節症などで自転車エルゴメータが駆動できない方
コントロール不良の高血圧（随時安静時血圧が180/100 mmHg以上）や血行動態に悪影響を及ぼすようなコントロール不良の不整脈を認める方
研究責任者および研究分担者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した方

Patient post-pacemaker implantation
Patient with active bleeding and/or inflammation
Patient with motor paralysis due to central neurological disease
Patient with musculoskeletal disease to make exercise with neuromuscular electrical stimulation impossible
Patient with knee osteoarthritis to make a cycle ergometer exercise impossible
Patient with uncontrolled hypertension (casual blood pressure>180/100 mmHg) and/or arrythmia causing hemodynamic failure
Patient judged as inappropriate subject for this study by a head of research or co-investigators
