日本語
本研究の目的は、コロナで停滞した高齢者の社会参加を促進するための新しい方法として大学生との世代間交流を組み込み、高齢者の幸福感や自己効力感の向上といった心理的側面等の効果を明らかにすることである。精神的健康が保たれることにより、社会参加が活発になり、孤立が解消され、結果としてフレイル予防が期待される。

The purpose of this study is to incorporate intergenerational exchanges with university students as a new method to promote social participation of elderly people who have stagnated due to the coronavirus, and to clarify the effects of psychological aspects such as improving happiness and self-efficacy in the elderly. Maintaining mental health is expected to increase social participation, eliminate isolation, and prevent frailty as a result.

介入群は、大学生ボランティア（看護学生）との交流を月1回、6か月間行う。介入内容は、アイスブレイク、脳トレ、ICT活用、回想法、イベントに向けた共同制作等である。

The intervention group will interact with university student volunteers (nursing students) once a month for 6 months. Interventions include icebreakers, brain training, ICT utilization, reminiscence, and collaborative production for events.
