目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
EndoPAT2000による血管内皮機能LnRHIスコアを評価指標として、植物抽出物 を180日間摂取することによる、健常者の動脈硬化前段階の血管内皮機能改善に対する効果を、未摂取群、低用量群、高用量群で確認する。また、結果より得られた未摂取群との差を用い、大規模臨床研究の設計を行う。

Using the vascular endothelial function LnRHI score measured by EndoPAT2000 as the evaluation index, the effects of low-dose and high-dose plant extract intakes for 180 days on the improvement of vascular endothelial function in the pre-arteriosclerotic stage of healthy subjects are compared among no-intake group, low-dose group, and high-dose group. Based on the difference between the intake groups and the no-intake group obtained from the study, a large-scale clinical study is designed.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1.2022年度EndoPAT検査受診者のうち、高血圧、糖尿病、脂質異常症が全て治療中のもの
2.ポリフェノール含有食品によるアレルギーの発症履歴のあるもの
3.日常的に血管内皮 機能に影響を及ぼす成分を含む健康食品の摂取習慣があるもの
4.プローブの装着が不可能なもの
5.妊娠中及び妊娠の可能性があるもの、或いは授乳中のもの
6.その他、研究責任医師が不適格と判断したもの

1. Among EndoPAT test recipients in 2022, those who are undergoing treatment for hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia
2.Subjects with a history of allergy to polyphenol-containing foods
3. Subjects who have a habit of taking health foods that contain ingredients that affect vascular endothelial function on a daily basis
4.Things in which the probe cannot be attached
5.Those who are pregnant, may be pregnant, or are breastfeeding
6. Others judged to be ineligible by the principal investigator
