SONYで開発されたaiboを用いた集団介在療法を行い、そ子どもと家族の癒し効果を生物心理社会的手法を用いて質的量的に検討する。

・ストレス関連物質：セロトニン、ノルアドレナリン、コルチゾル、クロモグラニンＡ等
・免疫能：分泌型免疫グロブリン値（s-ＩｇＡ）、インターロイキン、TNF等のサイトカイン
・自律神経系：ＨＶＡ，ＭＨＰＧ測定、血圧、脈拍変化（R-R間隔）測定
・情緒機能：セロトニン、ノルアドレナリン、ドーパミン等の神経伝達物質およびBDNF、バソプレシン等の神経ペプチド群の血中動態

①身体疾患（小児がん・移植外科）にて当センターに1か月以上入院している子どもと家族
②当科で1か月以上入院する児（おもに適応障害、抑うつなど）

(1) Children with physical illness (pediatric cancer, transplant surgery) who have been hospitalized for more than one month at our center and their families
2) Children hospitalized for more than 1 month in our department (mainly adjustment disorder, depression, etc.)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
