5. 摂取4週間後における糞便中細菌占有率、多様性指数、糞便中ムチン、糞便中IgA、糞便pH、糞便中有機酸 (酢酸、プロピオン酸、イソ酪酸、n酪酸、イソ吉草酸、n吉草酸、乳酸、コハク酸、ギ酸) 濃度、唾液中コルチゾール、血中セロトニン

6. 摂取2週間後、摂取4週間後におけるCAS-MTの各質問項目、OSA-MAの各質問項目

*期間I: スクリーニング兼摂取前検査前の7日間
期間II: 摂取開始日から摂取7日目
期間III: 摂取8日目から摂取14日目
期間IV: 摂取15日目から摂取21日目

The score of the Constipation Assessment Scale Middle Term version (CAS-MT), subjective fatigue, and "sleepiness on rising", "initiation and maintenance of sleep", "frequent dreaming", "refreshing" and "sleep length" in the OSA sleep inventory MA version (OSA-MA) at two and four weeks after consumption (2w, 4w).

5. The occupancy rate of bacteria in the stool, the diversity index, mucin in the stool, immunoglobulin A (IgA) in the stool, the stool pH, organic acid levels (acetic acid, propionic acid, isobutyric acid, n-butyric acid, isovaleric acid, n-valeric acid, lactic acid, succinic acid, and formic acid) in the stool, salivary cortisol, and the serotonin in the blood at 4w

6. Each item of CAS-MT and the OSA-MA at 2w and 4w

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 悪性腫瘍、心不全、心筋梗塞の治療中もしくは既往歴がある者

2. ペースメーカーや植え込み型除細動器を埋め込んでいる者

3. 以下の慢性疾患で治療中の者
不整脈、肝障害、腎障害、脳血管障害、リウマチ、糖尿病、脂質異常症、高血圧症、その他の慢性疾患

4. 乳糖不耐症の者

5. 特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品を日頃から摂取している者

6. 整腸効果のある医薬品、特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品を日頃から服用または摂取している者

7. 医薬品 (漢方薬を含む) ・サプリメントを常用している者

8. アレルギー (医薬品・試験食品関連食品) がある者

9. 喫煙習慣のある者

10. 妊娠中、授乳中、あるいは試験期間中に妊娠する意思のある者

11. 同意書取得日以前の28日間において他の臨床試験に参加していた者、あるいは試験期間中に参加予定のある者

12. その他、試験責任医師が本試験の対象として不適切と判断した者

1. Subjects who are undergoing medical treatment or have a medical history of malignant tumor, heart failure, and myocardial infarction

2. Subjects who have a pacemaker or an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD)

3. Subjects currently undergoing treatment for any of the following chronic diseases: cardiac arrhythmia, liver disorder, kidney disorder, cerebrovascular disorder, rheumatism, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, or any other chronic diseases

4. Subjects who have lactose intolerance

5. Subjects who use or take "Foods for Specified Health Uses," or "Foods with Functional Claims" in daily

6. Subjects who use or take medicines, "Foods for Specified Health Uses," or "Foods with Functional Claims" with intestinal regulating effects in daily

7. Subjects who are currently taking medications (including herbal medicines) and supplements

8. Subjects who are allergic to medicines and/or the test food related products

9. Subjects who have a smoking habit

10. Subjects who are pregnant, lactating, or planning to become pregnant during this trial

11. Subjects who have been enrolled in other clinical trials within the last 28 days before the agreement to participate in this trial or plan to participate another trial during this trial

12. Subjects who are judged as ineligible to participate in this study by the physician
