目的/Objectives

日本語
本研究は、上肢に血圧測定用マンシェットを設置し短時間の駆血を行うことで、血流依存性血管拡張反応（Flow mediated dilatation、FMD）を誘発し、その結果末梢静脈が拡張するか否かを調べることを目的とする。

This study aims to examine whether peripheral veins dilate as a result of a blood flow-dependent vasodilation response (Flow mediated dilatation, FMD), induced by performing short-term blood expulsion using a blood pressure cuff placed on the upper limb.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

20歳未満
ASA PS 3以上
上肢の皮膚疾患で治療中
上肢に創傷の既往
心血管疾患の既往
降圧薬等の血管作動薬を内服していること
重度の糖尿病で治療中であること
同意が得られなかった症例

英語
Under 20 years of age
ASA PS 3 or higher
Currently undergoing treatment for upper limb skin diseases
History of wounds on the upper limbs
History of cardiovascular diseases
Taking vasoactive drugs such as antihypertensive agents
Being treated for severe diabetes
Cases where consent was not obtained"
