選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・手術適応（最大短径50mm以上、あるいは5mm/6ヶ月以上の急速増大）のある紡錘形腹部大動脈瘤で、各施設で標準的EVARの適応があると判断された18歳以上の患者
・研究内容を理解し、文書による同意を得られている患者
・研究実施承認日から2026年3月31日までの患者を対象とする

Patients 18 years of age or older with spindle-shaped abdominal aortic aneurysm indicated for surgery (maximum short-axis diameter >50 mm or rapid enlargement >5 mm/6 months) and judged to be eligible for standard EVAR at each institution.
Patients who understand the study and give written consent.
Patients must be eligible from the date of study approval to March 31, 2026.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・動脈瘤部の腰動脈が全て閉塞している症例
・余命1年未満と想定される全身状態や進行性悪性腫瘍を有する対象者
・Marfan症候群やEhlers-Danlos症候群などの遺伝性疾患が判明している症例
・感染性大動脈瘤
・孤立性腸骨動脈瘤
・嚢状瘤やPAU（Penetrating atherosclerotic ulcer）
・重度のヨード造影剤アレルギーを有し、造影剤が使用できない患者
・術前eGFR30ml/分/1.73m2以下の腎障害があり、透析導入されていない患者
・妊娠中、妊娠の可能性がある、産後28日以内、授乳中のいずれかに該当する女性

Patients whose all lumbar arteries at the aneurysm site are occluded.
Subjects with systemic conditions or advanced malignancies that are expected to have a life expectancy of less than 1 year.
Patients with known hereditary diseases such as Marfan syndrome or Ehlers-Danlos syndrome
Infected aortic aneurysm
Isolated iliac artery aneurysm
Patients with isolated iliac artery aneurysm, isolated iliac artery aneurysm, cystic aneurysm, or PAU (penetrating atherosclerotic ulcer).
Patients with severe allergy to iodine contrast media who cannot use contrast media
Patients with renal impairment with preoperative eGFR less than 30 ml/min/1.73 m2 and not on dialysis
Women who are pregnant, possibly pregnant, within 28 days postpartum, or lactating.
