タンパク質源の大きく異なる食事を摂取したときのリン代謝動態を調べるために、食事摂取前後の尿中リン濃度ならびにCPP (calciprotien particles)を測定する。

To investigate the dynamics of phosphorus metabolism after consumption of diets with widely fifferent protein sources,urinary phosphorus concentraiton and CPP (calciprotien particles) will be measured before and after the meal.

タンパク質源の大きく異なる食事を摂取したときの食後血糖変動を調べるために、食事摂取前後の血糖変動を測定する。

Subjects who component to consent and give voluntary consent in writing with full understanding after receiving explanation of this study aim and contents.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

（1）18歳以上であること
（2）腎機能に問題がないこと（eGFR＞60 ml/分/1.73 m2）
(3) 耐糖能に問題がないこと
（4）血清リン濃度が正常であること
（5）提供する食材のアレルギーがないこと
（6）インフォームドコンセントが可能なものであること

(2) No renal function problems (eGFR > 60 ml/min/1.73 m2)
(3) No glucose tolerance problems
(4) Normal serum phosphorus concentration
(5) Must not have any allergies to the food to be served
(6) Must be able to give informed consent
