2018年7月から2021年12月までに主膵管拡張（＞5mm）を伴うBD-IPMNが疑われる症例に対して、画像診断による術前評価のためにSpyGlass-DStmを用いたPOPSを施行した症例

2018年7月～2021年12月に富山大学病院において、MPD拡張（＞5mm）を伴うBD-IPMNが疑われ術前評価にSpyGlass-DStmを用いて経口膵管鏡（POPS）を施行した患者の診療録を後方視的に評価した。
