看護師にアロマテラピーのエビデンスに関する知識提供と、実際に患者への提供を踏まえた研修の教育効果を検証すること。また、様々な施設で看護ケアにアロマテラピーを導入する際の障壁と必要とされる支援に関するニーズを明らかにすること。

To examine the educational effectiveness of the training based on providing nurses with knowledge about the evidence for aromatherapy and its actual provision to patients. Also, to identify needs related to barriers and needed support for the introduction of aromatherapy into nursing care in various facilities.
