日本語
肝硬変診療における定量的な基盤となる運動療法（肝臓リハビリテーション）を明確にする。筋肉再生を通じた有用なバイオマーカー（細胞外小胞、マイオカイン等）を検討し、臨床での有用性を検討、肝臓リハビリテーションプロトコールの明確化、改善の指標となるバイオマーカーを明らかにする。

We aim to examine the effect of exercise therapy on liver fibrosis, regeneration, and improvement of liver function with cirrhosis and comprehensively analyze myokines and extracellular vesicles in the blood during therapy.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
過去5-10年の各施設で蓄積された肝硬変患者の肝予備能別（Child- Pugh score）の筋力、筋量評価を用いた経時的な筋力・筋量低下悪化の標準曲線を作成。国際標準化身体活動質問票（IPAQ）および世界標準化身体活動質問票(GPAQ) 、身体機能ADL、QOL評価項目等を用いて多施設（新潟大学、奈良県立医科大学、岐阜大学、久留米大学）で肝硬変患者の日常身体活動量評価し、その情報を慶応義塾大学で定量的に評価する。集約された情報で定量的な身体活動量と肝予備能の関連を検討する。

To establish a standardized clinical exercise therapy, we will first create a standard muscle attenuation curve over time for patients with cirrhosis based on past clinical data from each institution.
