e-learningにおいて、産後の身体回復(5プログラム)、仕事と育児の両立や職場復帰に関する知識(3プログラム)に関するトレーニング。研究に参加登録ご1ケ月間、何度でも視聴可能とする。

Five programs include postpartum care & exercise, three programs include legal information & tips of work-life balance training on e-learning. Each program takes about 15 minutes will be done during 1month again and again.
