体重50-80㎏、ASA-PS 1-2の股関節全置換術を受ける患者。

Patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty who weigh 50-80 kg and ASA-PS 1-2.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
肝腎機能障害のある患者、対象薬剤に対してアレルギーのある患者、凝固障害または全身抗凝固療法を行っている患者、研究の同意が得られなかった患者。

Patients with hepatic or renal dysfunction, allergies to the subject drug, coagulopathy or systemic anticoagulation, or failure to consent to the study.

主な結果/Results

日本語
FB群（大腿神経ブロック＋局所浸潤麻酔）25名、SFICB群（鼠径靭帯上腸骨筋膜下ブロック＋局所浸潤麻酔）群25名(計50名)が登録された。2群間でいずれのタイミングにおいてもNRSの差はみられず、レスキュー鎮痛薬の使用頻度においても差を認めなかった。

Twenty-five patients in the FB group (femoral nerve block + local infiltration anaesthesia) and 25 patients in the SFICB group (suprainguinal ligament suprailiac fascial block + local infiltration anaesthesia) (50 patients in total) were enrolled; no difference in NRS at any timing between the two groups was observed, nor in the frequency of rescue analgesia use.
