双極症患者へのアンケート調査により、労働生産性や就労状況、診療状況を前向きに評価し認知機能との関係を明らかにすることを目的とする。

The objective of this study is to conduct a questionnaire survey of patients with bipolar disorder to prospectively assess work productivity, work status, and medical treatment status and to reveal their relationship with cognitive function.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

①QLifeに登録の双極症患者の中で、初回アンケート実施時に、医療機関に通院中の双極症患者
②同意取得時に、18歳以上かつ60歳未満の患者
③就職中または休職中の患者
④評価時にWebを介してアンケート調査の実施が可能な患者
⑤本研究への参加について、本人の同意が得られた患者

1.Bipolar patients registered with QLife attending a medical institution at the time of the first questionnaire survey
2.Patients aged 18 years or more and under 60 years at the time of informed consent
3.Patients who are employed or on temporary retirement
4.Patients who are able to complete the questionnaire via the website at the time of assessment
5.Patients who have given their consent to participate in this study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①今後1年間において、復職または就職する予定がない患者
②入院中の患者
③認知症と診断されている患者

1.Patients who do not plan to return to work or find employment in the next one year

3.Patients diagnosed with dementia
