慢性期脊髄損傷者の身体活動量を計測し、損傷高位や重症度毎にどのような違いがあるかを探索し、残存する機能障害・ADL・QOLとの関係を検討する。

To examine the relationship between the amount of physical activity and residual functional disability, ADL, and quality of life by measuring the amount of physical activity in people with chronic spinal cord injury and examining how it differs at each neurological level of injury and severity of disease.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

患者群
(i) 慶應義塾大学病院整形外科外来診察に来られる、受傷後1年6ヶ月以上が経過もしくは脊椎脊髄疾患（脊髄腫瘍、脊髄血管障害、圧迫性脊髄障害など）に対する手術後1年6ヶ月以上が経過し、機能回復がプラトーに達した患者
(ii) 同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上の患者
(iii)本研究の参加に関して同意が文書で得られる患者

健常群
(i) 慶應義塾大学医学部整形外科学教室が主体となってボランティアを募集し、本研究に同意の得られた、自律神経障害をきたしうる疾患の罹患歴の無い健常者
(ii) 同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上
(iii) 本研究の参加に関して同意が文書で得られるもの

Patient group
(i) Patients who come to the outpatient section of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Keio University Hospital, who have been injured for more than 1 year and 6 months or who have undergone surgery for spinal cord diseases (spinal cord tumors, spinal cord vascular disorders, compression spinal cord disorders, etc.) for more than 1 year and 6 months, and whose functional recovery has reached a plateau.
(ii) Patients who are 18 years of age or older at the time consent is obtained.
(iii) Patients whose consent to participate in this study can be obtained in writing.

Healthy group
(i) Volunteers were recruited by the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Keio University School of Medicine, and healthy persons with no history of diseases that may cause autonomic neuropathy who consented to this study.
(ii) Age at least 18 years old at the time consent was obtained.
(iii) Those who have given written consent to participate in this study.
