介護老人福祉施設における感染対策チームに対して，Crew Resource Management の３段階手法に基づくチームワーク向上支援プログラムを実践する.
第1段階）「気づき」
チームワークの重要性に関する講義やディスカッションを行う
第2段階）「実践とフィードバック」
チームワーク活動を実践を促し、チームワークの状況をフィードバックする
第3段階）「継続的強化」
反復訓練や記録に基づく振り返りを行う
